Cancellation Policy
A non refundable $20 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded. To reschedule, a new $20 deposit will be required. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and an additional $20 cancellation fee will apply. Clients who cancel three consecutive appointments will be unable to book any further appointments for the remainder of the calendar year. Exceptions may be made in cases of family emergencies or bereavement. A 15-minute grace period is offered with prior notice. If you do not inform me that you will be late within this window, your appointment will be considered a no-show and will be canceled. A $50 no-show fee will be charged. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late but have given notice, I may still proceed with your appointment depending on the service and available time. However, a $30 late fee will apply. If you arrive more than 30 minutes lateeven with notice I will be unable to proceed with the service, and the full $50 no-show fee will be charged.
